Kairali Ayurveda Group
to Guide investors in wellness

Kairali Group has plans to expand across its different verticals ?
Ayurvedic destinations, Wellness Destinations and Ayurveda Centers. The group has
also started a consultancy division and is taking up management contracts with
other resorts. The division was set up
keeping in mind a huge demand from the people who wanted to invest in wellness sector
and Ayurveda. their aim was to guide people in the right way
so that they did not just start anything in the name of Ayurveda. the different
verticals in the group include Ayurvedic Destinations ( Ayurvedic Healing
Village in Palakkad )and Wellness
Destinations. Two upcoming properties are in
Khajuraho and Goa. Khajuraho is a temple town; they plan to cater to that
market, with a holistic approach by offering the same things that they provice
in their Ayurvedic Healing Village in Palakkad. the other location is Goa,
which is going to be a health retreat ; however it will not be pure Ayurveda.

The properties are all owned and run by the group which believes in
organic growth even if it is very rapid. That?s why it doesn?t go for external
funds. The group at present has 35 Ayurveda centres in India and overseas and
plan to add 15 more in the near future and 20 further over the next 10
years. The target is 75 centres in all.
Among the new centres that are coming up soon, one each is in Alibaug, Mumbai,
Corbett and Rishikesh (both
Uttarakhand). Besides, there are plans
to open one more centre in Saudi Arabia and a few other places. They are also
planning to add 10-15 more high ?end rooms, more treatment options and Yoga
programs in Kairali Ayurvedic Healing Village. Customer retention is the strong
focus area of the group. They already have many corporate tie-ups and also made
significant investment in their online strategy.
