- Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for items that are unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Requests should include proof of purchase and are valid if the product is defective, damaged, or significantly different from the description.
- Refund Process: Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 7–15 business days after product inspection.
- Non-Returnable Items: Used or altered products, items returned after the specified period, or items matching their description but not meeting subjective expectations are not eligible.

Wellness Retreats and Bookings (Kairali – The Ayurvedic Healing Village)
- Advance Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking.
- Cancellation Terms:
- Cancellations ≥ 30 days before arrival: Full refund.
- 15–30 days before arrival: 50% refund.
- <15 days before arrival or for changes during the stay: No refund.
- Amendments: Changes to bookings are subject to availability and may incur extra charges.
- Refund Timelines: Refunds are processed within a reasonable period using the original method of payment.

- No Returns for Digital Content: As is standard in the health and wellness content industry, no returns or exchanges are allowed on online informational material once accessed.
