Steps:
Stand tall with your feet together or hip-width apart, whichever is more comfortable.
Distribute your weight evenly on both feet and feel the ground beneath you.
Engage your thigh muscles slightly and lift your kneecaps.
Lengthen your tailbone towards the floor and gently tuck your pelvis.
Roll shoulders back and down, opening your chest.
Extend your arms alongside your body with your palms facing inward, raised overhead.
Relax your face and jaw, keeping your gaze forward.
Take slow, deep breaths and feel rooted to the ground like a mountain.
Hold pose for 30 seconds to 1 minute or as long as comfortable.
To release, exhale as you lower your arms and relax your posture.
