According to Ayurveda, stress is a state where the mind is
imbalanced. The mind is considered to be balanced when it is not agitated, and
is firm and stable. When the mind is in a stable state, the individual has the
maximum potential do the best.

offers the human body an opportunity for stress relief and rejuvenation. Every
season the nature, yields the foods according to the physical demands. It is
best to eat the foods that are in season, to keep the body fit and the stress

of the best stress-prevention techniques
is to eat three meals a day with no snacking between meals. Try to make lunch
heavier and supper, a touch lighter and eaten as early as possible.

Leaves
of the basil plant are very good anti stress agent. Chew about 10 Basil leaves
two times in a day, once in the morning and then later in the evening for stress relief.

Stress reduction is also possible by following a good
ayurvedic diet and with regular yoga and adequate rest.
