National Geographic Traveller (UK), in a unique collection of the world’s best luxury spa destinations, recently featured The Ayurvedic Healing Village and concluded its testimonial of the Kairali Group’s signature resort by declaring that “any amount of time spent at this jungle paradise will encourage guests to experience the authentic healing practices of ancient India, while relaxing in the lap of holistic luxury”.
The Collection, a glamorous new coffee-table bookazine published by Nat Geo Traveller, leads off the series with Luxury Spas, a showcase of the finest luxury spa destinations in the world. The Ayurvedic Healing Village, one of only three other resorts in India included by Nat Geo, compares favorably with the world’s top wellness destinations in Europe, the Middle East and Thailand.
The feature article says of the experience that “…from massages and specialised diet programmes to fulfil personal goals or a more rigorous transformation in lifestyle, the Ayurveda experience at Kairali has been designed to heal, cleanse and relax” and goes on to add what connoisseurs of spa destinations have long agreed, that “this tranquil location combines the comfort of a luxury holiday with total health”.
Life doesn’t often promise us better than that.
