COVID-19 is an infectious disease caused by a newly discovered Coronavirus. It was first detected in China and now it is spreading worldwide at a faster rate. The World Health Organization (WHO) has also declared Coronavirus a pandemic and put the world in high alert.  As per the latest reports, 10 people have died so far and over 450+ cases were confirmed in India. In severe cases of Coronavirus infection , symptoms are bronchitis, kidney failure, pneumonia and even death.

Well, this is the common saying that Prevention is better than cure so taking some of the small protective measures will prevent you from catching or spreading the infection,

  • Frequently wash your hands regularly with soap and water for about 20 seconds.

  • Cover your mouth using a tissue while coughing or sneezing.

  • Avoid touching your mouth, nose, eyes without washing hands.

  •  If possible, social distancing is the best option these days. Quarantine yourself.

  • Clean and disinfect those articles or objects you use frequently.

  • Use Alcohol-based Hand sanitizer to clean dirty hands if soap and water are not available.
