One-Day Ayurveda Wellness Workshop
Kairali Ayurvedic Center organised a One-Day Ayurveda Wellness Workshop in Singapore. This Ayurvedic centre, a division of Kairali Ayurvedic Group, is a day-care treatment centre that is spread all across the world. Delivering authentic Ayurvedic services and treatments, this centre this August took an initiative to organize an event dedicated to Ayurveda. Dr. Linto Jacob, VP, Operations of Kairali Ayurvedic Center, New Delhi, India, took charge of making people understand and be aware of the numerous health issues that people face in their day-to-day lives and how Ayurveda along with Yoga and Meditation can prove to be a saviour. Ayurvedic cuisines were also introduced in front of the guests and explained how it helps to pacify our doshas and lead a healthy life.
This Ayurveda Wellness Workshop in collaboration with Edible Garden City was a workshop that primarily focused on how a lifestyle change through Ayurveda can be attained. It was held in Edible Garden City, 60 Jalan Penjara (off Tanglin Road), Singapore-149375. The event, even though was a one day workshop, Kairali made it possible for the people to participate in the event for 2 days. People who were available on the 24th participated on that day while the others participated on the 25th of August. There were three segments into which the entire day was divided.
