Mental health is a level of

day-to-day life, clamps down your ability to work, study, eat, sleep, and have
fun. The feelings of helplessness, hopelessness, and worthlessness are intense
and unrelenting, with little, if any, relief.

Depression varies from person to person, but
there are some common signs and symptoms like:

  • Lack of sleep or feeling sleepy all the time
  • Inability to concentrate on a task or find that
    previously easy tasks are now difficult
  • Feeling hopeless,helpless and weak
  • Continuously having negative thoughts
  • Loss of appetite
  • More irritable, short-tempered, or aggressive
    than usual
  • Consuming more alcohol than normal or engaging
    in other reckless behavior
  • Having thoughts that life is not worth living

There can
be some differences in symptoms of depression depending on age, gender, and
ethnicity. Unlike common perception clinical depression is not a sign of
weakness it is an illness that needs to
