Organised by Parmarth Niketan, it attract hundreds of yoga lovers and is touted as the most awaited annual festival in Rishikesh (known as the birthplace of Yoga).
Keeping in line with the aim and vision of the festival and to empower individuals to transform their lifestyle and future health, Kairali introduced their herbal teas? Aarogya Herbal Tea for Kapha dosha, Yuvan Herbal Tea for Pitta dosha and Taahira Herbal Tea for Vata dosha at the festival. The visitors were offered the sample, which received an overwhelming response because of the medicinal properties that the herbal teas boasted off. With zero additives, preservatives, or non-caffeinated, and the quality of balancing the body elements made it the main attraction of the festival.
Kairali, identifying the role of immunity for a healthy body also distributed free samples of Chyavanaprasam to the visitors. The endeavour was highly appreciated because of the numerous benefits that the product offers. It is not only good for skin and hairs, it also helps the body to absorb calcium, thereby helps strengthening the bones and teeth. It is highly recommended for asthma patients and those suffering from dyspnea, fever, heart diseases, gout, diseases of urine and semen and disorders of speech. During the festival, many dignitaries also visited Kairali?s stall and appreciated the efforts it was making towards upholding the authentic principles of Ayurveda in order to propagate health and wellbeing worldwide. The 7 day festival was a treat for the people who want to live a healthier life. Satsang by Swami Mooji, seminar by Ramdev Baba, concert by Sivamani and concert by Kailash Kher were few of the major attractions of the yoga festival. IYF bid good bye on March 7, 2017 with a promise to be back again next year to further enhance us externally and internally.
