A Day with Ayurveda

Ayurveda is a dynamic context whose knowledge cannot be completely gained and attained. It is such a vast discipline that people take years to learn and perform a particular therapy. It is a way of life that helps people understand their worth and by following the principles one can lead a stress-free and a healthy life.

Kairali Ayurvedic Center, Faridabad, organised such an event at Ecocat India Private Limited on the 19th of November 2018. It was an attempt to create an awareness of what Ayurveda was and how it can help us in the long run. The event was all about the relevance, its various sub-divisions like Ayurvedic treatments and therapies and most importantly, how the present lifestyle change can be mended. Dr. Vishnu P.M., Ayurvedic Doctor of the Faridabad Center gave a presentation to all the employees of Ecocat after which the talk-concluded and-the room was left for an open discussion forum and consultation.-Each and every member started discussing their various health issues and how those could be cured through Ayurveda.
Free consultation was given to the employees as to how with little lifestyle changes, the health-issues can be fought. Natural and healthy ways of living should be adopted so that our body conforms to the external changes and remains healthy inside. Kairali Ayurvedic Group indeed is a saviour in making lives better and healthier.
