Global Wellness Day (GWD) is celebrated across the globe by volunteers to spread awareness about ?healthy living? and ?well-being?. -This movement promotes and encourages people to-adopt the-7 point charter of-healthy practices in the-normal day-to-day-routine.

- Do not use plastic bottles
- Eat organic foods
- Do a good deed
- Have a family dinner
- Sleep at 10:00 pm
Global Wellness Day is an entirely not-for-profit project initiated by volunteers to spread awareness on the importance of health and recognize the value of life. First initiated in 2012 by a handful of volunteers from Turkey, Global Wellness Day was officially celebrated in 73 countries in 2015.
